Mr. In's career on Wall Street spans more than three decades as an equity research analyst and senior executive at global financial institutions. He served on the Global Technology equity research team at UBS, where he focused on building the firm's technology research presence and helped organize landmark industry conferences in Tokyo, Seoul, London, and elsewhere. He later joined BNP Paribas as Managing Director, Head of TMT Equity Research, and Head of ESG, leading a regional analyst team and authoring thematic research on pervasive computing, the impact of unstructured data, and the Internet of Everything. He subsequently joined Bloomberg LP in a content strategy role within Bloomberg Global Data, where he analyzed regulatory and technology trends—including MiFID, MAR, GDPR, blockchain, and machine learning—across the global financial ecosystem and contributed to innovation and best-practice development for Bloomberg Global Data.
Mr. In's senior roles across the broader institutional ecosystem include service as Chief Information Officer of Protego Trust and National Digital Trust Co. (both in organization), OCC-regulated national trust banks serving institutional investors in digital assets, and as Chief Information Officer of Fortress Payments, a global fintech focused on biometric authentication and cross-border payment orchestration. He also serves as an Independent Board Director of TechCreate Group Ltd. (NYSE American: TCGL), where he sits on the Nominations Committee.
Mr. In has been an active angel investor and advisor for more than 19 years, supporting early-stage companies across FinTech, AI, and data analytics in the United States, Europe, and Asia. He has been recognized as an IBM Champion and serves on the IBM Financial Services Council, with active involvement in industry working groups on artificial intelligence governance and security, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences, including New York Tech Week and at FinTech and RegTech events.
